Improve Your Business (IYB) is a management training programme for owners and managers of small enterprises who want to sustain their businesses, increase sales and reduce costs. It addresses the core question of how to improve the performance of your business. The IYB training programme is supported by a set of six training packages (marketing, costing, buying & stock control, record keeping, planning for your business and people & productivity). The IYB training uses an active problem- centered learning approach to small business management through short cases and illustrations. The IYB Marketing package trains you on how retaining customers and increasing business profits in the long run.
The IYB costing package train you n how to calculate the cost of goods or services offered by their business.
The IYB Buying & Stock Control package train you on business purchasing procedures and inventory management in order to make business investment efficient. The IYB Record keeping package trains you on how to identify records that are important for a business, teaches entrepreneurs how to keep records and explain how to use them to improve business performance.
The IYB Planning for Your Business package trains you on how entrepreneurs can run their business more efficiently if they prepare plans for different areas of operations.
The IYB People & Productivity package train you on how entrepreneurs can increase business productivity by following better recruitment procedures adequately motivating and rewarding their employees
For a nominal registration fee of Rs. 100, participants will gain access to essential business knowledge, learn practical skills, and receive expert guidance to embark on their entrepreneurial journey with confidence.
After successful registration:
– Candidates must download the registration form from the “Assignments” and upload it back
– Fill in the necessary details accurately.
Eligible candidates will be invited to join the full training course for a fee of Rs. 8000, which unlocks the entirety of our robust training curriculum.
Terms and Conditions:
- Registration and Course Fees:
- The initial registration fee is non-refundable.
- Course fee (Rs. 6000) must be paid after candidate eligibility is confirmed and before commencement of the course.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should be running small enterprises and who wish to sustain and improve the business
- Submission of Forms:
- Completed registration forms must be received by the specified deadline.
- Incomplete or late submissions may result in the forfeiture of the registration.
- Course Participation:
- Active participation is required throughout the training.
- Participants may be assessed through assignments, quizzes, and a final evaluation.
- Refunds and Cancellations:
- Fee refunds are not available once the course has started.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 5 days (120 hours) before the course begins for a refund of the course fee.
- Certification:
- Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate.
- Certification is contingent on attendance, participation, and satisfactory completion of all course requirements.
